The First Pioneers Cajun Cash® debit card program is available to all members at no charge.

• Cajun Cash cards are available to members with checking accounts with transactions taken directly from the checking account

• Cajun Cash cards are also available to members without checking accounts with transactions using the ATM card taken directly from their savings account

• There are no annual fees or monthly fees for the card

• There are no per-transaction fees

• The card is honored at any ATM that honors Pulse, Cirrus, MPACT and CU24 systems. Most ATM units have a nominal terminal fee

• THERE ARE NO TERMINAL FEES AT First Pioneers Federal Credit Union ATM MACHINES

• The card is a Visa card that is honored wherever Visa is honored

• The card is honored at essentially all point-of-sale terminals. Most merchants with point-of-sale terminals do not charge a terminal fee and most allow additional cash back above the cost of the goods purchased

• Round Up Program is available for all Debit Card purchases and recurring payments. Sign up for the Round Up program here.

  • The amount over the purchase price is deposited into your savings account.

  • Purchases of whole dollar amount, round up to the next whole dollar.

  • You can opt out of the Round Up program at anytime by contacting First Pioneers.

  • Any account without sufficient funds will not round up.

Cajun Cash® cards should be received within 7-10 days of applying.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE A LOAN WITH US, AND ARE DELINQUENT 10 DAYS OR MORE, YOUR CARD PRIVILEGES WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL LOAN IS CURRENT.
